Our office is located in downtown Norfolk in Suite 302 (formerly Suite 315) on the third floor of the historic Monticello Arcade, a business mall built in the 1920's. The Arcade has entrances at 208 East Plume Street (across from the entrance to the Selden Arcade) and at 211 East City Hall Avenue (at the foot of Monticello Avenue ). There is metered street parking on East Plume Street. On the City Hall Ave side, the MacArthur Center shopping mall South Deck parking garage ($1 for 3 hours) is a block away.
